Performance Characteristics

      This machine is a mechanical symmetrical type plate rolling machine, which works by the downward pressure of the upper roller and the pair rolling of the upper and lower rollers.

      The output shaft of the main reducer is driven to the two lower rollers through a set of gears, and the change of the rotating direction of the rollers is obtained by the main motor commutation.

     One upper roller, two lower rollers, lifting screw, worm gear and some auxiliary parts.

      The realization of the upper roller lifting movement is accomplished by moving the lifting screw up and down.

      This type of plate rolling machine is a classic mechanical plate rolling machine, durable, leather, less investment, simple operation, widely adapted to various working conditions, easy maintenance.

      The structure type of this machine is three-roller symmetrical type, the upper roller in the two lower rollers in the center of the symmetrical position for vertical lifting and lowering movement, through the screw mother worm gear transmission and get, the two lower rollers for rotary movement, through the speed reducer's output gear and the lower roller teeth mesh, to provide torque for the rolled sheet.
